With a track record of launching over 100 innovations in products and services, Paul doesn’t just lead projects—he leads people into becoming their best selves. He’s a storyteller at heart, blending hard-earned wisdom with warmth, humor, and humility. Whether he’s guiding young professionals, mentoring future leaders, or writing his best-selling book The Alchemist’s Way, Paul brings clarity, care, and a contagious sense of possibility.
Beyond the boardroom and beyond the book, Paul’s most cherished role is that of a single dad to his daughter, Alexa—a brilliant engineer in her own right. Their shared graduation, 37 years apart to the day, is a testament to his enduring belief in legacy, resilience, and love.
